A Little Something About Me
Kerry Kadel is a young author and journalist ready to take on the next step of her life: the real world. She will be graduating from the University of Dayton in May 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Creative Writing. She worked at UD’s student-run newspaper, Flyer News, from September 2023 to May 2025. She started out as the team’s Arts and Entertainment Editor before becoming Editor-in-Chief, where she learned how to lead a team of brilliant writers and the basics of Adobe InDesign.
She published a book at the age of sixteen through Dorrance Publishing, but hopes to publish again now that she has gained more knowledge and skills that shaped her writing.
In her free time, Kerry enjoys photography, writing and reading supernatural and murder-mystery-themed novels, and pretending to be a bookish influencer on her book account.
